Join us at the Ohio Trucking Safety Council meeting on February 12 as we welcome Tom Forbes, Chief of Motor Carrier Enforcement at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). Tom will provide a comprehensive update on PUCO activities and initiatives that impact Ohio’s commercial transportation industry.

This session is an opportunity to hear directly from the agency, gain insight into current enforcement priorities, and stay informed on developments that could affect your operations.

About the Speaker:
Tom Forbes is Chief of Motor Carrier Enforcement at Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). He is a North American Certified Inspector in Level 1 driver and vehicle inspections, hazardous materials, cargo tank and other bulk packages, and Level VI radioactive inspections. He was formerly employed with the Ohio State Fire Marshal’s office in the Hazardous Materials Bureau and responded to transportation emergencies. He also spent 14 years in the private sector for an environmental consulting firm that managed and shipped hazardous materials and waste.

• You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
• You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
• No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
