About the Speaker:
Ruth M Bowdish, Director of Training & Development, On Demand Work Solutions

Ruth M. Bowdish is currently the Director of Training and Development at On Demand Work Solutions. She has over two decades of leadership experience and over a decade of experience working within the Occupational Health and Safety Industry. Ruth has been called on by various media outlets as well as state leaders to provide knowledge and experience on some of the toughest topics plaguing our society today. She has been asked to share her knowledge and experience as a keynote speaker at events regionally and nationally. Additionally, she has given lectures and held seminars with Regional Chamber Organizations, The National Safety Council, and the Bureau of Workers Compensation. Ruth had the honor of speaking at the Ohio Statehouse, working among Ohio’s top leadership in the proposal of legislation and asked to sit on the health care panel for the senate caucus. Ruth has dedicated her education and career to promoting safe and healthy work environments as well as increasing corporate and individual success stories. Ruth is receiving her master’s degree in psychology and is currently practicing as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor as well as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, working with individuals who have firsthand experience the effects of the nation’s evolving drug culture. Ruth’s commitment to expand her knowledge and understanding has made her a leader in many industries and an asset to workforces around the country.
