Join us at our next OTSC meeting on Thursday, March 5 (one week earlier than usual!) at the Medallion Club in Westerville. Attorney Alex Karcher of Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP will join us to discuss how safety violations impact CSA scores, review proposed changes to the CSA program, and provide an overview of IFTA permitting requirements.

About the Speaker:
Alex Karcher is a transportation attorney with Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP who helps companies stay compliant, mitigate risk, and navigate the complex legal challenges of operating in a highly regulated industry. He advises motor carriers, freight brokers, shippers, manufacturers, and warehousing providers on regulatory compliance, transportation litigation, and corporate strategy, and routinely represents clients before the U.S. Department of Transportation and state regulatory agencies. Alex also supports safety audits, corrective action planning, DOT compliance programs, licensing, and merger and acquisition transactions, where he often serves as DOT special counsel on deals ranging from local acquisitions to $900 million national transactions.

In addition, Alex oversees transportation compliance and licensing services for more than 275 companies nationwide and brings significant litigation experience defending carriers and resolving high-stakes commercial disputes. • You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
• You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
• No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
