His expertise spans SaaS platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday, as well as web/mobile technologies, RPA, and Agile methodologies. He has a proven track record of delivering results across industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services.

John is passionate about helping organizations balance scale with innovation, and service with efficiency—always with a focus on improving lives and careers.

Prior to joining Schneider Downs, John was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and a Product Owner at Freemarkets, where he helped launch the first digital reverse auction platform. He also founded and led a digital transformation consultancy through two acquisitions and built a Consumer Tech practice at a custom development firm.

Robert brings over 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in Digital Transformation to help clients leverage technology, innovation, and process improvement for greater efficiency.

He has deep expertise in ERP and CPM/EPM systems, having led over 25 ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics GP, JD Edwards, Sage MAS 500, and more) and over 25 CPM/EPM projects focused on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics across industries such as manufacturing, government, and nonprofits.

Robert also advises on software selection, IT strategy, and business process improvement, with a proven track record of aligning technology with business goals.
