The Ohio Trucking Association is excited to announce the launch of the 2026 Emerge OTA course, the premier leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in the trucking and transportation industry.

This five-session virtual course begins Monday, October 26 and builds upon OTA’s previous collaboration with The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and incorporates best practices from top business school programs. Participants will gain a comprehensive education in modern business leadership, combining theoretical insights with practical case studies drawn from transportation-related companies.

Key focus areas include strategic planning, business finance, regulatory compliance, personal performance, and organizational leadership. Graduates of EmergeOTA leave equipped with the skills and tools to make an immediate impact within their organizations.
