2025 Safety Professional of the Year Entry

List relevant work experience in the trucking industry, focusing on the past 10–15 years or the nominee’s most impactful roles.

Provide the following:

Brief career summary (max 250–300 words)

Key certifications, education, or training

Industry leadership (i.e., speaking, writing, committee involvement, etc.)

Describe the nominee’s impact on the organizations they have served. Include:

Size/scope of operation (fleet size, role, responsibilities)

2–3 key safety initiatives led by the nominee

Measurable results (CSA improvements, reductions, etc.)

List participation in safety-related organizations. Include offices held, committee work, etc.:

List any awards or recognitions. Include any additional information the committee should consider (optional, 150 words max).

• Nominees agree to being photographed and videotaped during the awards celebration for event promotion.
• Adhere to the Ohio Trucking Association’s Antitrust guidelines.
