FY '26/'27 Ohio Trucking Safety Council Enrollment Form

BWC's Safety Council Program offers employers the opportunity to earn potential financial rebates and save on workers’ compensation costs. The program also offers learning opportunities that provide resources and prevention strategies that contribute to a safer workplace.

In completing this enrollment form, the employer makes a commitment to send representatives to monthly Ohio Trucking Safety Council meetings. You must obtain 10 safety council credits between July 1 and June 30 through a combination of attending monthly safety council meetings or external training (up to 2 credits).

The enrollment deadline for FY '26/'27 is September 30, 2026.

You do NOT need to complete this form if you are currently enrolled in the Ohio Trucking Safety Council program. You will automatically be re-enrolled in the program for FY '26/'27.
