Graduates of EmergeOTA leave equipped with the skills and tools to make an immediate impact within their organizations.\nThe program kicks off with an in-person opening session on Wednesday\, March 12. \nThis session brings all attendees together to foster connections and lay the foundation for a transformative learning journey.
