The OTA is hosting an Hours of Service and ELD Training on Wednesday, September 14 from 9am – 11:00am at their headquarters in Westerville. Jeff Davis, the principal of Fleet Safety Services and a certified Director of Safety will discuss the changes to the Hours of Service rules including 30-minute breaks, 100 air-mile exception, split-sleeper provision and adverse conditions. He will also cover use of ELD’s, how to prepare for an ELD audit and what you should be looking out for when Covid-19 exemptions end.
