About the Speaker:
Phil Sarnowski is an Attorney with Roetzel & Andress. He focuses his practice on transportation litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and the defense of catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He works extensively with trucking companies, insurers, and risk management professionals and is a frequent speaker on nuclear verdicts, transportation safety, and litigation risk mitigation.
