Join the Ohio Trucking Association in Columbus on September 21-22 for a two-day event focusing on the economic indicators, business practices, and trends impacting the trucking and transportation industry. Annual conference attendees will have full access to cutting edge programming, industry vendors, networking opportunities, receptions, and more. Keynote speakers include Rebecca Brewster, President & CEO of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), Steve Bryan, Founder of Vigillo and Trucking Industry Entrepreneur and football legend Archie Griffin – the former Ohio State running back and two-time Heisman Trophy winner.

At the OTA Annual Conference, you will also get the special opportunity to network with peers and engage with the industry’s leading suppliers as they display the latest products transforming the transportation and professional moving industries. 

Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available. Exhibit fees (open to members only) are $999 and include one full conference registration, one skirted table, one chairs, electric services and the ability to submit a 2-3 minute "commercial" for virtual attendees to view during the live stream portion of the conference. NEW! Virtual Option
While nothing can replace face-to-face meetings, OTA is offering a new way to attend Annual Conference when you can’t be there in person.

  • All keynote presentations will be live streamed – you’ll hear each speaker’s presentation and see the slides just as if you were in the front row.
  • All concurrent sessions will be available post-conference for you to view on demand. You can access the URL and replay the presentations at any time.
  • Exhibitors will have the opportunity to show you their wares during commercials that run during programming breaks.

Safety Protocols:
COVID-19 has changed everything, including how we meet and interact with others. In order to provide the safest possible conference environment, OTA and the host hotel will be implementing guidance from local government authorities and the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention. We are taking the following preventative actions:

  • Enhanced hygiene protocol, including abundant access to hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes throughout the conference
  • Social distancing guidelines will be incorporated into meeting space layouts
  • Frequently touched surfaces (door handles, tables, AV equipment) will be cleaned regularly throughout the conference
  • Exhibitor tabletop exhibit displays will be spaced 6’ apart

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the event.
  • You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
  • You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
