There are simple everyday tasks that you can perform to improve your leadership skills. During our May 9 OTSC meeting, learn the tricks of being a great boss while improving the safety performance, quality, and morale of your team. This course will improve your leadership skills, assist with identifying barriers to safe work, and help you learn when to redirect workers when they are off the "safe path."
Keith joined Limbach in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing Limbach’s Hearts & Minds Commitment to Safety Program. Keith started his career in occupational safety in 1997 and has since provided safety oversight for numerous construction programs for multiple Fortune 500 companies including AK Steel, Bayer CropScience, General Motors, BP, and Anheuser Busch.
Keith earned his master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health from the University of Findlay, as well as a master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American University. He has received multiple awards from customers, associations, and government entities, and was most recently named the 2016 Firefighter of the Year, as decided among his peers. Keith is also a firefighter, EMT, and rescue technician for the Porter Kingston Fire District in Delaware County, Ohio.
