Evolving Safety Systems – From Then to Now

Join us on Thursday, August 14 at the Medallion Club in Westerville for a look at how truck safety systems have advanced over the years. Heath Smith, Technical Sales Representative with Stoops Freightliner, will walk you through the technology that’s shaped today’s commercial vehicles—with a focus on the 5th Generation Cascadia and its updated Detroit Assurance 6.0. Learn how far the industry has come, what’s available now, and how these features are supporting safer roads and fleets.

About the Speaker:
Heath Smith has over 18 years of experience in the automotive and diesel industry, including 8 years as a Technician Trainer and Mentor at Stoops Freightliner. Heath brings extensive expertise in technical sales, service, and training. As former United States Marine Corps Shop Chief and Diesel Mechanic, he has a strong background in both hands-on service and leadership.

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the event.
  • You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
  • You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
  • No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
