About the Speaker: 

An experienced leader in Technology, Norm has spent his career dedicated to the Transportation Industry. Having served as the CIO for U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. for the first half of his career. Norm has held executive positions in companies directly supporting transportation. As the VP of Commercial Operations, Norm worked in a startup company based in Europe, which eventually moved its headquarters to Atlanta, GA, and proceeded to open businesses in China and Brazil. Norm then held a position as VP of Software Engineer for PeopleNet, a Trimble company. Then as the General Manager of an asset-tracking company in Dallas. Norm joined Uptake as an industry expert, and customer advocate in 2019. He currently serves as Director of Sales Engineering in support of the sales effort at Uptake.
