Join us for the Ohio Trucking Safety Council’s November meeting!

As the days grow shorter, it’s important to recognize how seasonal changes can affect our well-being and performance—both personally and professionally.

On Thursday, November 13, at the Medallion Club in Westerville, Dr. Amynda Rhodes will lead an engaging discussion on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)—what it is, how to recognize the signs, and practical ways to manage and prevent it during the winter months.

Don’t miss this timely and informative session designed to help you and your team stay healthy, focused, and productive throughout the season.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Amynda Rhodes is a psychologist with 20 years of experience serving diverse populations, including those in the criminal justice system, health psychology, and community mental health. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology from Argosy University in Phoenix and is the founder of ACE Psychological Services, a private practice with 24 therapists and two locations in Heath and Lancaster, Ohio.

In September 2025, Dr. Rhodes and her husband launched a nonprofit organization, ACE Pathways of Hope, to further expand access to mental health services within the community. She specializes in trauma and is pursuing certification in Integrated Medicine for Mental Health, emphasizing a mind-body approach to treatment.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Rhodes enjoys traveling, fitness, food-related activities, and spending time outdoors with her husband, five children, daughter-in-law, and grandchild.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the event.
  • You will receive a 75% refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event.
  • You will receive no refund if you cancel less than 3 days before the event.
  • No shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the registration fee.
